If you have an existing “boat captain” certificate from our Coastal Sea School / Coastal Safety your are eligible to a conversion to get a Federal Transport Authority “Certificate of Completion” for the 12m Small Boat Driving Licence.
Included in the cost is our online refresher course to bring you up to date.
After the training there is a short theory test to check marine knowledge.
You will then need to attend a FTA Office (one in each Emirate) where you will have to do the FTA 25 question theory test. (20 minutes)
