Egg Hoppers

What you need

1 cup – Plain flour

2 cups – Milk

2 – Eggs

Spices and seasoning

 

Blend or beat the batter using the above ingredients

Warm a “hoppers” pan or deep rounded pan

Cover the inside of the pan with a thin film of oil.

Put a small amount of batter in the pan and “swirl” around to cover the inside walls of the pan.

Place an egg in the pan on top of the batter

IMPORTANT – put the lid on the pan sp that the steam from the batter cooks the egg.

 

After a few minutes tap the pan to loosen the hopper

Serve and eat whilst hot to get the best taste.
